Our property management team is here for your tenants and property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are located in Chatham, giving us quick access to any of your properties in the Chatham-Kent area. We always have our phone forwarded after hours to a staff member's cellphone, so we can be promptly reached in case of an emergency. 

Our rates are competitive and very reasonable for the many services we provide.   We are always willing to work with owners of larger complexes or multiple properties on maintenance rates, as well our rates are negotiable on your personal needs. 

Janssen Property Management has a full office, maintenance, snow shoveling & grass cutting, building cleaning & painting staff on hand.   

Our Janssen Property Management staff has knowledge dealing with the Landlord Tenant Board and we work closely with two local Paralegals for any cases that require legal representation.
