About Us
At Janssen Property Management we are locally owned and operated property management team serving Chatham-Kent since 2001. Richard started Janssen Property Management when he became interested in investment properties himself. Over the years Richard has purchased and looked after his own investment properties and those of other investors from single family homes to multi-residential properties. Richard knows first hand the difficulties with investment properties and how to manage every aspect of investment properties.
Janssen Property Management has a full office, with staff that are capable of maintenance and repairs, snow shoveling & grass cutting, building cleaning & painting and marketing your property. Combined our staff offers you over 40 years of property management experience. We work closely with other locally run businesses for electrical, plumbing, and renovations when we need to hire out for larger projects in our apartments and houses.
Our office is located at 744 Grand Ave East, open Monday to Friday 9-4. For after hours assistance our phones are forwarded to our cellphones incase of emergencies.
