We will have your vacant unit professionally photographed and listed on our website, our social media platforms along with other marketing sites. We show your listing and also offer a virtual tour of your vacant unit for potential tenants to view. We require potential tenants to fill out an application, provide ID and employment information so we are able to pre-screen them before accepting their application.

Our maintenance team provides services such as:

- cleaning and painting

- lawn maintenance and snow removal

- handyman services

- apartment turnover's such as new flooring and kitchen cabinets
