Rent Collection & Office Services
Janssen Property Management has a local office located at 744 Grand Avenue East in Chatham, we are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm. We are a full-service office taking tenants' phone calls 24/7, rents are paid directly to us, and tenant issues come through our office to give you complete freedom from day-to-day tasks. We can offer you the ease of E-transfers or direct bank deposits for rents collected.
Property Marketing & Advertising
When apartments are vacant, we ensure your rental is advertised on every platform applicable to ensure it is rented out as soon as possible.

Apartment Turnover, Painting & Renovation
We have a paint team on staff that are able to repair, clean & paint your rental to get it back on the market quickly.
Tenant Screening Service
We have an application process including screening, documentation, income verification and reference checks to ensure you will get a great tenant.
Yard Maintenance
We offer weekly or bi-weekly grass cutting, property clean-up, etc... We have seasonal clean-up available as well such as gutters & tree branches. We also offer snow shoveling & salting services for your rental property.
Building Cleaning
Our staff also includes building cleaners. They offer over 2 decades of experience with everything from appliances, to carpet cleaning to everyday clean-ups. We offer weekly or monthly building cleans at a very reasonable rate.
Tenant Management
We manage tenant relations between the tenant and landlord or between tenants.
Property Maintenance & Inspection
We make weekly stops by each one of our properties to check on maintenance concerns and safety issues.

Evictions & Legal Guidance
Our Janssen Property Management staff have knowledge dealing with the Landlord Tenant Board and we work closely with two local Paralegals for any cases that require legal representation.
